Hi, I’m Erica! I’m a Virtual Executive Assistant and the creator of Erica Roman Professional Assistant Services. I started this business to support founders, executives, nonprofits, and small business owners who are building something meaningful and need high-level, trusted support behind the scenes.
With a background in investigations, compliance, and executive operations, I bring over a decade of experience supporting senior leaders in finance, higher education, and government, including at UBS, New York University, and the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
I hold a Master of Arts in International Crime and Justice and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology, which gives me a strong foundation in managing sensitive information with accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail.
